Director
With 30 years of estate agency experience, having worked in both corporate and independent estate agency. I was born in Preston and grew up in the South Ribble district, predominantly around the Longton, Walmer Bridge and Much Hoole areas. I first started in estate agency in Exeter, Devon and soon realised the satisfaction of being able to help people move, whether selling or purchasing their dream home.
Every day is different and presents many challenges, some delivering good news and others, unfortunately, disappointing news. So being able to communicate, and at times, to show empathy, is especially important. I have worked in both rural and urban areas, helping, and meeting many people from all walks of life throughout the Northwest, managing agencies in Preston, Fulwood, Penwortham, Blackpool, Liverpool, and Bolton.
Away from the office, I am a devoted family man, who loves nothing better than spending time with my wife and son. Enjoying all sports, mainly, football, boxing, and cricket, whilst enjoying walking and cycling which I find helps free my mind. When weather and work permits, I also enjoy riding my motorcycle through the countryside in the evenings. I have known to get involved with various charity and fundraising events whilst for several years running a local youth football team.
Marketing Specialist
Emma has been with Lancastrian Estates for 7 years and has worked within the local property sector for more than 20 years. Her passion is photography and so naturally she is our Photographer in residence and our Marketing Expert. Emma believes in the uniqueness of each of our listings and makes sure the marketing expresses those unique selling points through images, 3D virtual tours, floorplans, and words.
Outside of work she enjoys expanding her knowledge last year completing an Open University course in photography. Emma also holds various voluntary positions within her local church and school communities and enjoys charity fund raising within both. She is married and Mum to two boys.
Sales Progression
My name is Kerry, and I started my career in this business back in 1994. Having started as an office junior, I have worked my way up the ladder experiencing many different markets along the way. Having tried all aspects that Estate Agency entails, I found my passion for Sales Progression.
I am quite a keen athlete having completed in numerous Ironman events and qualifying for the World Championships in Hawaii which was a definite highlight! Other achievements have been swimming the whole length of Lake Windermere and the English Channel. All this has helped shape me to the passionate and determined person that I am today, and I feel this reflects in my position as Sales Progressor in my goal to help you move.
Operations Manager
My working career began way back for Santander, or as it was known back then, Abbey National. After learning about finance in the banking hall, I moved on to Leeds Building Society to study for my financial Qualifications, passing CeMAP and becoming a mortgage advisor.
During the financial crash in 2007/2008, as Northern Rock was ceasing to trade, I was given the opportunity to come to work with my uncle, David Robinson, at Lancastrian Estates (known at the time as Cumbrian Properties). And so, my career with Lancastrian began. Since then, I have done every job possible, from tea duty, to valuing property, and now leading the business as we transition in to a new, modern, exciting era for the business.
Outside of work I am a husband and father, helping to bring up my 3 children to help them grow and enjoy life as much as they, and we can. I am also a massive football fan, and although my better playing days are behind me, I do still try to keep playing. When not playing I am a big supporter of Man United, but more importantly, our fantastic local club, Morecambe Football Club.
Client Relations
Worked in hospitality in my teenager years and then finished my levels before joining Lancastrian at 18 as an apprentice. Having passed my apprenticeship, I now look after our clients looking to buy and rent property.
This job allows me to spend time with clients, discussing their needs, and placing them to the correct property. This is extremely rewarding for me, especially when a client buys or rents a property that they thought was not for them.
My passions and hobbies are cars and music and, with my colleague Steve, a Huddersfield town supporter.
