Although we have not bought a property through the company as yet, our interactions with the Lancastrian Estates team have been a totally different experience from dealing with other estate agents in years gone by. The collaborative use of the street app to facilitate and manage bookings is a revelation and takes the hassle out of endless phone calls trying to arrange viewings, only to be told by some agents you can view the property two weeks on Monday at 4.59 pm for 10 minutes... not the case with Lancastrian Estates, the street app allows you to offer feedback that Kevin and his team genuinely welcome, they offer prospective viewers of properties an objective view and want to make sure that you are buying a property that is right for you and not just looking for a quick sale.We would recommend using Lancastrian estates without hesitation; this technology-based approach to property is the way forward.
