We are looking for an individual to join our letting/property management team, to look after and maintain our landlords’ assets, allowing our tenants to enjoy the properties that they rent.
The job role will entail.
- Making sure that our client’s legal obligations are met – Landlord Gas Safety Record, Electrical Installation Condition Report, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard
- Maintain excellent client relations between us, the tenant, and the landlord through regular property checks, including recommending proactive repairs and maintenance works are carried out.
- Engage/nurture clients to help landlords grow their property investment portfolios and to help tenants achieve their housing goals.
- Arrange check ins/check outs with clients, arrange pre-tenancy inventories, and handle deposit returns/queries at the end of tenancy.
