As we all wind down for Christmas, property enquiries do the same thing. During that time, family, friends, and enjoying in the Christmas period, are far more important that look for property.

Boxing day is completely different. The data shows that Rightmove enquiries were up in 2021 when you compared to 2020, and although we don’t have the actual data yet, 2022 did not disappoint.

In the 3 days we were after during Christmas and New Year we had 3 New Instructions, 13 Viewings, 7 Offers and 4 Sales Agreed.

Those levels of enquiries haven’t stopped in the New Year either. Today we’ve had more instructions, more enquiries, more viewings, more offers, and more sales.
