The village of Overton is on the picturesque Lune Estuary and, although tucked away and rural, is accessed just off the Heysham by-pass which connects straight to the M6. The village has a long history and great community spirit. Overton has a very popular and successful Church of England primary school and there is a popular local real ale pub too. Stroll to the bottom of Pedder Grove and you will find rolling fields. The village bowling green is behind trees, at the back making the garden very private.
A semi detached true bungalow with immaculate accommodation throughout and a super setting. The garden is private and unobstructed to the southern sky which means that the garden really makes the most of the sun. The bungalow has enjoyed plenty of updating in previous five years and also offers a driveway, detached garage and roomy shed with an attractive stable door. The hallway is wide and generous and there are two double bedrooms, a large front lounge with focal fire, modern shower room and kitchen with oak effect fitted cabinets. The addition of a conservatory at the rear adds a second reception area and space to dine overlooking the garden. A drop down ladder allows access to the loft space. Some neighbouring properties have had loft conversions done.
